Adding holidays to your Outlook calendar can help you stay organized and aware of important dates. Whether you’re planning personal events or managing a team, having a calendar that includes holidays can be incredibly beneficial. Step 1: Open Outlook

First, launch Outlook on your computer. If you’re using Outlook on the web, simply go to outlook.com and log in to your account.

Step 2: Access Calendar Settings

For Windows users, click on the “Calendar” tab in the ribbon at the top of the Outlook window. For Mac users, click on the calendar icon in the top left corner and select “Calendar Settings” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Customize Calendar Settings

In the Calendar Settings window, you’ll see a list of available calendars on the left side. Select the calendar you want to add holidays to by clicking on it. Then, click on the “Add Calendar” button in the middle of the window.

Step 4: Choose Holiday Calendar

In the Add Calendar window, select “Internet Calendar” from the dropdown menu and then click on “Subscribe.” You will see a list of holiday calendars to choose from. To add a specific country’s holidays, select the country from the dropdown menu. To add holidays for multiple countries, check the boxes next to each country.

Step 5: Save and Confirm

After selecting the desired holiday calendars, click “OK” to add them to your Outlook calendar. The holidays will now appear in your calendar, and you can view them alongside your other events.

Step 6: Customize Holiday Display

Outlook allows you to customize the display of holidays in your calendar. To do this, go back to the Calendar Settings window and select the holiday calendar you want to modify. Click on the “Properties” button, and then go to the “Calendar” tab. Here, you can change the color and name of the holiday calendar to make it easier to identify.

Step 7: Remove Holiday Calendar

If you ever want to remove a holiday calendar from your Outlook, simply go back to the Calendar Settings window, select the holiday calendar you want to remove, and click on the “Delete” button. This will remove the calendar and its events from your Outlook calendar.
